There are seven types of hand and each type exhibits its own psychological traits.
The Elementary Hand
Characteristics: It is coarse and clumsy to look. There are very few lines on the hand.
Nature and Temperament: 1.Lower animal instincts 2.Little mental capacity 3.Violent in temper 4.No aspiration 5.Dull. These people just eat, drink, sleep and die.
The Square Hand
Characteristics:It is square in shape and the tips of the fingers also have square shape.
Nature and Temperament: 1.Perseverance 2.Foresight 3.Orderliness 4.Punctuality 5.Love for law and tradition 6.Materialistic. Hypocrisy, conceit, coldness, stiffness of manner, rigid in punctuality.
The Spatulate Hand
Characteristics: It is narrow at the bottom and broad at the top.
Nature and Temperament: 1.Originality 2.Individuality 3.Activity 4.Energy 5.Hatred for custom, tradition and regularity 6.Restlessness and irritability.
The Conic Hand
Characteristics: The hand proper is broad at the base and the side go on narrowing on both the sides making a narrow angle at the base of the fingers. The fingers are also broad at the base and pointed at the tip. Fingers are smooth i.e. without knots.
Nature and Temperament: 1.Enthusiasm2.Leisure3.Love of novelty 4.Liberty 5.Emotional.
The Psychic Hand
Characteristics: It is the most beautiful hand and very rare. It is small and fine in relation to the rest of the body. The palm is narrow with smooth fingers.
Nature and Temperament: 1.Imagination 2.Pleasure in esteric dreams3.Mediocre powers of comprehension.
The Philosophic Hand
Characteristics: The fingers are long with developed joints. Such fingers are called knotty fingers. They are bonny in appearance. The thumb is large with the logic and reason phalanges equally developed.
Nature and Temperament: 1.Practical and rational philosophy 2.Power of analysis 3.Throghts about the creation, evolotion and destruction of the universe4.Fanaticism in religion or mysticism.
The Mixed Hand
Characteristics: The tips of the fingers are mixed in shape. The tip of the first finger is conical in shape, that of the second finger is square, that of the third is spatulate and that of the fourth is again conical.
